STEVENS WELCOMES THREE NEW EMPLOYEES
Portland, Ore., July 28, 2006 – Stevens Water Monitoring Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of three new employees focused on engineering support and customer service. Stevens has hired Michael Fleming as the new lead engineer to head up engineering, product development and support. Mr. Fleming has a broad range of experience with electronics and related systems, including chip design and communications equipment. He has worked with such leaders in their respective industries as Sun Microsystems, Sharp, Honeywell, the US Department of Defense and NASA. In order to further enhance a growing business in the soil monitoring industry, Keith Bellingham was brought on as a full time soil scientist and geochemist. Keith comes to us with a strong background in the environmental industry, having worked for the USDA NRCS performing environmental analysis on watersheds, as well as performing published research into the fields of groundwater contamination, geochemistry, analytical measurements, and groundwater hydrology. Lastly, Adam Krumbein has joined Stevens to head up marketing for the company. A graduating senior from Portland State University with bachelors of science in both marketing and advertising, Adam plans on bringing a fresh perspective to the company’s media operations.
