Stevens GroPoint Classic is extremely rugged, easy to use and requires very low maintenance. The sensing element is manufactured in stainless steel and all electronics are sealed in waterproof epoxy. Its design has been proven over decades of use—GroPoint Classic soil moisture sensors will provide years of reliable service.

The GroPoint Classic can be calibrated specifically for sandy soil, moderate soil or high salinity and clay soil. The GroPoint Classic responds immediately and accurately to changes in soil moisture.

The 4-20mA output integrates easily with common irrigation control and management systems. The sensor has a high level output signal for direct interface to a variety of control, data logging, and telemetry systems.
